If Nick Clegg attends the Sheffield Business Awards this year he had better be prepared for a bit of a roasting.
This time it won’t be from Sheffield Forgemasters, but from Jon Culshaw, the impressionist supremo who has been doing his homework on the Deputy Prime Minister.
Jon’s uncanny ability of mimicking politicians was first noticed in 1998 when his voice impersonation of William Hague while working for Capital Radio was convincing enough for him to get put through on the phone to then PM Tony Blair at Number 10.
The story launched him into the national spotlight and since then he has made many appearances on the BBC and ITV where his impersonations of mannerisms and body language of his subjects could be seen to greatest effect.
